Fitness Resolution for the New Year!

Happy New Years Everyone!

My new years resolution is a very common one im sure many girls are making which is to start eating healthy and loosing weight. My goal is to loose 20 pounds !I am 135 pounds and I hope to be at a healthier weight of 115. I know it's going to be a huge commitment but Im going to try my hardest! I'll keep you guys posted on how im doing. So far, today I have been eating healthy and im about to do yoga, cardio and weights for an hour. This is my hopeful routine until I reach my goal! Any girls who wants to join me or post their new years resolution are more then welcome, I would love to  here them.

My Routine
first 2 weeks
- 8 glasses of water (Everyday)
- 5 small meals/day (a lot of fiber, small portion of protein, many vegetables)
- 30 min Cardio, 30 min weights
- Yoga (1/week)
- Workout video (45min)

next month
- 8 glasses of water (Everyday)
- Workout video (45 min 1/week)
- Yoga (1/week)
- 30 min Cardio, 30 min weights (1/week)
- Workout video
- Yoga (1/week)

okay so this is what I'm planning on doing! I hope it works! Loosing weight is such a common goal that many people make every year, but this isn't a goal for other people it's for me and my self-esteem and self confidence. I hope to write to you guys more and focus more on my writing goals in the future.
